Sometimes reviewing a recent past order can be necessary. Past orders can be viewed from the Orders page or on the customer card in the Customer Center.
View All Past Orders
Once the orders page is up there is a set of tabs on the right. Select Past Orders to be directed to this store's past online orders. On this page you can search for past orders by phone number or name. You can also simply search the history by clicking through the pages using the arrows at the top of the box.
The orders are listed newest first on this screen. It will show all the items in the order, any promos associated, and the time the order was placed. If delivery with OnFleet is enabled, it also displays the delivery info. Each icon next to the order denotes something different.
Red house icon - The order was cancelled by your dispensary.
Red person icon - The order was cancelled by the customer.
Purple checkmark - The order was marked as complete.
No icon - The order was auto-archived because it wasn't marked as complete.
View Past Orders on the Customer Card
You can also view a specific customer's past orders by checking their customer card. Go to the Customers tab on the left, then search the name or phone number (with no additional characters) and click the customer name to open the card.
Select Activity from the tabs on the top.
This will open their entire customer history including past checkins, loyalty redemptions, and orders. Click on the specific order you'd like to see and this will drop down to show all the items in the order.
To manually adjust the price for your records, select the pencil and enter the new total. This only changes the recorded price of the order and won't affect what the customer sees.
