Baker's Shop allows you to present products to current clients and entice new customers. Beyond setting up the items on your Menu (link to menu setup article), you're able to customize the look and feel of your online offerings. To start, you'll want to head to your Preferences page.
Getting to your Preferences page is simple. Hit the person-shaped icon on the top-right corner of your Kitchen first.
Click Preferences from the menu that appears. Once on your Preferences page, click Shop on the left-hand menu. This will jump you down to your Shop-specific settings.

Understand Shop Preferences
Once you get down to your Shop preferences, each field updates something about the way your online menu looks and functions. We'll explain each field below.
Pricing - Show product pricing and Hide product pricing are the two options within the Pricing drop-down menu. If you want to allow people to see what your items cost, keep this field set to Show product pricing. In some areas, having cannabis-related prices online is either not allowed or not preferred. Hide product pricing allows people to view all of your products but keeps the dollar amount hidden.
Online orders - By default, the Online orders field is set to Don't allow online ordering. This means that your menu is "live" and can be viewed but online reservations can't be made. Once you're ready to open the floodgates and let customers and/or patients place orders, toggle this over to Allow online ordering and hit the turquoise SAVE button.
Receive online orders outside of opening hours - Your Shop's hours are setup in Preferences > Business Info. If you'd like to allow orders to come even when the online menu is technically closed, toggle this field to Enabled. Please chat with your Customer Success Manager or the Baker support team about the pros and cons of 24-hour ordering before setting this up.
Layout - The default Shop view is Default to grid view. If you have images on your products, this will show them nice and large in a grid format. You can alternatively switch this to Default to list view. If you don't have any images, the list format is nice and clean; it negates to show any sort of "image missing" image, whereas the grid view shows a camera icon with a slash through it on every product without an image.
Interest Options - Here you're able to set which Interests your customers and/or patients are able to opt into via the Shop. These are the same types of Interests that you can enable via your Checkin iPad but don't have to match exactly.
Embed code - The default Shop iFrame can be copied here by clicking the COPY button. Please share this iFrame with your web developer to get the Shop on your own website.
Business Info and How it Impacts Your Shop Page
There are a few more ways to update the look and feel of your Shop page located in your Kitchen's Preferences area. These are located in Business Info, which you can find right at the top of Preferences. For more detail, click here. Here's a direct URL to these Preferences:
The contact info that shows at the top of your Business Info settings will show on the contact bar located on the left-hand side of your Shop page.
In the Branding section of Business Info, you can customize colors that show on your Shop. Feel free to enter the exact hex code(s) that you'd like to use or simply click the color wheel on the right-hand side to browse.
Your Color logo will show up in a few places around your Shop page. The Dispensary description shows in a popup window when people first interact with your online menu.
You're able to control exactly when customers and/or patients can place orders in the Hours area. If you're closed for online orders any day of the week, simply uncheck the Open checkbox.
