Your team's day-to-day interactions with Baker don't need to be labor intensive. One way to cut down on Baker time, if you will, is to automatically accept Loyalty rewards. There are two ways to accept rewards, though. In order to adjust how rewards are accepted, you'll first want to navigate to your Loyalty tab.
If you prefer bookmarking URLs, you can modify and save this instead:
Manually accepting redemptions is a great way to verify that the right customer or patient gets the right reward. It does require that someone on your team manage reward redemption banners, which we'll explain below, which is important to keep in mind. Typically, having high-value rewards set to be manually accepted is a good way to approach this. To set manual acceptance up, edit an existing reward on your Loyalty page.
From there, change the Acceptance field to Manual acceptance and click the turquoise SAVE button. When someone redeems that reward, a banner will appear on your Orders page. Here's an example:
You can accept the reward by clicking the purple check mark. At this time, the points are already removed from that person's account. If you need to instantly put them back for any reason, click the red X button to reject the reward. Doing so puts all points back onto that person's account.
Some rewards won't require a team member's attention every time they're redeemed. If this is true for any or all of your rewards, you can utilize the Redemption auto-accepted option after clicking Acceptance within one of your rewards.
With Redemption auto-accepted selected, no banner will appear when that reward is redeemed. Instead, an entry will show on the Activity Feed and no staff member interaction will be required. You can click the reward redemption on the Activity Feed to jump to that person's profile on the Customers page if you'd like or need to.
