Although there is no direct way to add a customer to your Baker Kitchen, there are several ways to add customers manually to your Customer Center. The customer will always get a text message letting them know they've been opted in, so you'll want to make sure your TCPA messaging is updated.
Add a Customer
Go to the top right of your Kitchen and select the avatar. From that dropdown select Add Customer.
The next page should look like Collect if you have set that up. If not, you should see this. If the page is blank, try refreshing it a few times or use a different browser.
After selecting Join Now, a page will prompt you to enter the phone number. This will opt the customer in and send them a text message compliance message.
Enter the customer phone number through the Checkin app. This will prompt you to select interests, will give them points (if Loyalty is enabled), and send them a confirmation text that they were opted into messaging.
