Deleting a customer from a Kitchen is a request that can come up. The current platform is designed in a way that requires a Baker staff member's assistance. The customer you want to remove from your account may shop at other dispensaries, therefore we won't delete them out of the database entirely, but we will remove them from your customer list.
How to Request a Customer Removal
To request that a number is removed from your Kitchen, please reach out to Baker Support by clicking on the turquoise help chat button on the bottom right corner of your Kitchen.
Please have as much of the following information ready to provide to the support staff. A phone number and/or email is required.
Removals are done in batches, so please allow some time for our development team to remove the contact from your Customer Center. If you're having trouble locating any of the information, please feel free to include that in the chat and we'll help as best as we can.
In the meantime, please ensure the customer is opted out of marketing messages. They can reply 'STOP' to any Baker text they've received from your store and that will instantly opt them out.
Additionally, you can unsubscribe them from marketing messaging on their customer card. This article explains how.
