Your Loyalty page allows you to customize just how many points people get when different actions are performed. This is a place where you have the ability to determine whether people get points for checking in, placing online orders, or both. These settings are specific to each individual Kitchen, allowing you to have different point values at different locations.
Location Specific Loyalty
- Points per check-in - This will ensure customers and/or patients receives points by checking in to the Baker Checkin app.
- Points per dollar - With this option selected, customers and/or patients can only receive points by placing online orders through Baker's Shop, whether it's embedded onto your own website or not.
- Points per dollar and checkin - By selecting this option you will be giving points via Checkin and points per dollar for online orders via Shop.
Points awarded for subsequent check-ins - Sets the number of points for all checkins after the first. This could be considered your "normal" checkin point value.
Global points magnifier for orders - This field is only available if you enable Points per dollar. Here, set how many points each person gets for every dollar spent. Entering 1 in this field would mean customers get 100 points for a $100 order, whereas entering 0.5 would result in customers getting 50 points for the same order.
Auto accept new loyalty redemptions by default - Enabling this field hides notifications for reward redemptions on your Orders dashboard. If you check the box for this, you can hit the following button to set all of your rewards to auto-accept:
