The Loyalty tab on the Customer Card shows an overview of that customer's Loyalty activity. This is helpful for checking to see their current point total and past rewards they've redeemed.
How to View a Customer's Loyalty Activity
Click on the Customers tab.
Search for the customer by entering their phone number with no hyphens or parentheses, For example, 5551238877. Click their number, then select the Loyalty tab to access their lifetime loyalty info and purchasing history.
Available points - This is the total number of points the customer currently has available to spend.
Lifetime points - This is the total number of points the customer has earned in your loyalty program overall.
Last reward redeemed - This is the specific reward the customer has redeemed most recently.
Recent - A list of items that have been redeemed recently. If they've never redeemed any items this will be blank.
Frequent - A list of loyalty rewards that the customer redeems frequently. The number on the right is how many times they've redeemed that specific reward.
