The Activity tab on the Customer Card shows an overview of that customer's Baker activity. This is helpful for a holistic view of their interactions with your store.
How to View a Customer's Baker Activity
Click on the Customers tab.
Search for the customer by entering their phone number with no hyphens or parentheses, For example, 5551238877. Click their number and select the Activity tab to view all of their Baker activity at your shop.
Select SHOW ALL to view the entire history.
These are the activities that you may see on this feed, depending on the Baker features your store utilizes.
Loyalty Checkin - A checkin at a Loyalty Checkin station.
Event Checkin - A checkin at an event Checkin station.
Store Checkin - A checkin at a Store Checkin station.
Reward Redemption - Any Loyalty reward that has either been manually accepted or auto-redeemed will appear here. Click on the redemption to see what was redeemed.
Online Order - When Baker online ordering is enabled, all Baker orders will appear as an online order in a customer's activity. Read this article to learn more about viewing past orders.
In-store Order - Certain POS integrations support order backfill. When a customer orders in store, this activity will display with their order total. Read this article to learn more about viewing past orders.
Bonus - This indicates a points bonus that was given manually to that customer by a staff member. Read more here.
Point Deduction - This indicates a points deduction that was removed manually to that customer by a staff member. Read more here.
