Tiered pricing allows you to create different pricing sets for different tiers of flower, like 'top shelf' 'gold' and more. This lets you easily adjust the prices for products if you'd prefer not to use the prices from your POS. Let your CSM or Support team know if you'd like to utilize this feature so it can be enabled.
Tiered Pricing Setup
Once it's enabled, navigate to Menu tab on the right-hand side there will be a button to ADD TIER.
When you click ADD TIER you'll be able to create a tier with pricing for each weight.
Enter the name of the tier. Tiers can be created by manufacturer, quality, or price. This will only show internally and not to customers. Then enter the price amounts for each weight in that specific tier. Save the tier once you're done. You'll be able to edit them in the future.
Once the tiers are created, it's time to assign them to the appropriate products. This only needs to be done once. Find the product the tier applies to by searching through your menu. Click the edit button on that specific product.
Choose the Pricing Tier dropdown in the right-hand corner and select the tier to associate the product with.
Once a tier is selected, the pricing profile will auto-fill into each weight field. Click SAVE and that item pricing will always match the tier, even if the tiered price is updated.
Tiered pricing will override any pricing from your POS or sync source When tiered pricing has all the weights filled out, then any item in that tier will also have pricing for each weight and it's not possible to remove that price from just one item unless you manually adjust it.
