The Activity Feed is an ongoing list of your customers' interactions with your different Baker tools. It can be found on the Analytics page as well as the Orders page. Be patient since it's calculating a lot of data and may be a bit slow to load on the page. Activity shown is only for the current day.
Most of these feed activities are clickable and will open that customer's card in a new page (the Customers page) for easy viewing and editing.
Checkins today - Total number of checkins for the day.
New checkin - New Loyalty checkin on one of your iPads. This will show the customer's name if it's available on his or her customer card.
New store checkin - New checkin at an In-Store Checkin station on one of your iPads. This will show the customer's name if it's available on his or her customer card.
New event checkin - New checkin at an Event Checkin station on one of your iPads. This will show the customer's name if it's available on his or her customer card.
New user lead - A first-time customer account is created (this can be through Checkin, the Loyalty embed, a Collect submission, text to join, or a customer import). This happens in conjunction with Activity Feed entries such as New checkin and isn't clickable by design.
New user - A new customer who has a name, phone number, email, and password on his or her account. This is typically created through an online order.
New reward redemption - A customer redeemed a Loyalty reward and it was either manually accepted or auto-accepted. The Activity Feed only shows rewards redeemed on the Checkin app.
New order - This shows when customers place orders via your Baker Shop page.
Modified order - Staff or customer modified an order.
Cancelled order - Staff or customer cancelled the order.
