Select Analytics from the menu on the left side.
At the top, you can toggle between week and month views. At this time, if you need more detailed analytics feel free to contact you CSM. Switching between the week and month view will adjust the overview and performance sections below.
In the overview section, we'll show you interactive bar graphs covering data across a few tools in your Baker Kitchen. For Checkin-specific data, hover over each bar in the Checkins graph to see the date and how many people checked in.
The performance section gives a more detailed breakdown of Checkin analytics over the past week or month. It shows the most recent week or month compared to the previous week or month and, further, calculates and displays the trend.
Checkins - Total number of checkins across all Checkin stations.
Loyalty checkins - Number of Loyalty-specific checkins.
Store checkins - Number of checkins at an in-store Checkin station.
Event checkins - Number of checkins at an event Checkin station.
New checkin customers - Number of customers who checked in for the first time.
Return customers - Number of customers who have checked in two or more times.
# checkin customers - Total number of people checking in.
