Use the prechedule Connect feature to quickly draft your messages for the week or month. This way, you can ensure you're sending consistent messaging to your customers, while also multiplying your ROI.
Schedule a Message
To schedule a Connect campaign, enter the message you want to send and set your filters accordingly.
After reviewing your message and settings, select the Pre-Schedule option and set the date and time you would like the message to go out to your contacts. Make sure to use the format:
MM/DD/YYYY, HH:MM AM/PM
Note: If you get an error when trying to preschedule a message, please try using Google Chrome as your browser. Baker is optimized for Chrome and Safari. This error can occasionally occur on other browsers.
View and delete any prescheduled messages on the Connect page. Hover over the message to see the complete text. Regardless of the month view, prescheduled messages will always show above the SMS Analytics.
The prescheduled message will begin sending on the specified day and time. There may be a small delay between when the message is sent and when it's received. Once it's sent, the campaign can be found listed in chronological order (oldest at the top, newest at the bottom) under SMS Analytics.
