When you send your customers a text message through Connect you can add a link to your messages. We offer a handy way for you to shorten this link, allowing you to use more of the valuable characters available to send a message.
Create a Custom Short URL
Click the person icon in the upper right hand of your Kitchen by and select Preferences.
Select Outreach from the left side menu and scroll down to
Selecting Custom link will open up the option to enter a custom URL. A custom URL could be a survey you've created, a custom webpage for an event or form or your website that you'd like to direct your customers to. This shows the field you need to fill out if you use a custom link:
Keep in mind that when you use the custom link, it will be turned into a shortened link in your text to cut down on the number of characters used in your campaign.
As always, remember to scroll down to save any changes you've made in Preferences.
